Cylinder Graphite Mat
Cylinder graphite mat is made of short cut carbon fiber, and shape by vacuum injection molding,
special adhesive compound shaping, and then by specially carbonization, stiffen and high temperature
graphitization. It has the advantage of certain self supporting, small proportion, no dust, low thermal
conductivity, thermal shock resistance, resistance to air flow scouring, erosion resistance, long service
life and convenient remounting. This mat is mainly used in vacuum metallurgy industrial furnaces (high
pressure gas quenching furnace, pressure vacuum sintering furnace), solidification and crystal pulling
furnace equipment, CVD, and purification furnace, etc.
